El Trampolí beach, in the area of Les Rotes from Dénia, it is a rocky beach with an approximate extension of one kilometer. It gets its name from the wooden trampoline that is installed in one of the rocks and that today is still used by bathers who come to this beach.

This small, pebbly beach is nestled between rocky cliffs and offers a beautiful and tranquil setting for visitors looking to enjoy the Mediterranean Sea. The name “Trampolí” comes from a diving board structure that was once used for jumping into the water, adding a unique touch to the beach’s character.

The beach is surrounded by natural beauty, with crystal-clear waters and a serene atmosphere, making it ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and relaxing. It is not as crowded as other beaches in Dénia, which makes it a perfect spot for those seeking a more peaceful and secluded experience. Due to its rocky terrain, Platja del Trampolí is also a popular destination for snorkelers, who can explore the underwater landscape.

The beach is easily accessible by foot, although there are no extensive facilities or services, contributing to its more laid-back and natural vibe. The surrounding cliffs and natural environment provide a picturesque backdrop, enhancing the beach’s charm.

This beach has no sand, swimmers place their belongings in the area of ​​large rocks, so it is recommended to go with suitable footwear for transit through the boulders to access the water.

This beach monitoring is carried out by Red Cross Dénia. Here they are both an aid and a watchtower from where rescuers perform their duties safely.

Parking

Parking in the beach area of ​​the Trampolí is limited by the little space that has the beach, so it is recommended to come early to park without problems. In the area there is no parking.
